After reading this pro nuclear plant news article, I read through some of the comments posted to that article and it sounds like they filter anti nuclear comments:

Why is F u k u s h i m a a banned word on Slate? All I'm trying to say is:
No mention of the F u k u s h i m a disaster?
Why would a piece on the history and future of nuclear power mention the most recent nuclear power plant disaster?

Here is someones reply to that posted comment:

Huh. You're right. This is explains why a post I made yesterday hung up, and I ended up rewriting it in the most bland way possible. Strange.
As for that, it was hit by a large earthquake and tsunami..... Thus far there are no deaths attributed to it. Had the plant been of one of the newer designs, this would not be a problem, but I do think it illustrates one of the issues we're facing in the US. Most of our plants are rather old and do not take advantage of the decades of development that have created a design that can withstand natural disasters. With this in mind, we should probably shut down and replace any nuclear power plant that is near a fault line.

I found this persons post right on target though:

It is certainly not "emissions-free" if you take into account having to store and tend nuclear waste into eternity. It's the worst sort of irresponsibility to saddle all future generations of humanity with this burden so that we can have all the electricity we want in our generation. Incredibly selfish.
