Post subject:  Unit keeps going inactive, no internet/power failure..
Hello,

Every other day I am getting inactivity alerts and see that my station has gaps in data. There was never a loss in power or internet and I cannot get into the os on the pi. Is there any way for someone to troubleshoot this?

I went ahead and e-mail the staff e-mail. I just went and checked my GMC and it is stuck at 0cpm. Has anyone seen this before? Hoping I don't have a defective unit!

I send you an email to reset the GC, if it does not work, then it will need to be sent in for warranty.
