Thank you for posting your results. Can you please explain them for us?
I am not sure what you are finding.
Thank you again.

Hi elementary,
You are welcome!
I have to correct the date I collected the rainwater. It was July 8, 2014.

I set the Contaminated screen to be shown if the Cesium count went over 100 Bq/Kg and I set for the Contamination screen to go off if the level for Potassium 40 was over 1000Bq/Kg.
The reading came in at 1 for both. I guess the system computes that there was a give or take of 4 for Cesium and a give or take of 51 for K(potassium) 40

I have never seen any testing to come back lower than this with this unit. So, it is low or maybe no Cesium was in this rain. I was interested because there was a spike on the Detroit EPA monitor of Gamma 305 cpm at 11:18am.

Strahlentelex, a German, foodstuffs radiation monitoring lab set the limit that babies should not more have more than 5Bq/kg and not more than 20Bq/Kg for adults. (If one has to eat radiation)

Hope that helps!
