Wasn't San Francisco 25 CPM not long ago?

I distinctly remember seeing CPM readings around 25 in San Francisco this year. Now there's nothing below 200 on the 3-year chart.

It's a different measurement: This was one of the EPA sites, and they used to have beta counts, but for some reason they stopped reporting beta counts on this site back in Sept.
