Just can't have the college kids down the block building their own reactor so they don't have huge electric bills for their all night parties.

The codeless technician entry level license is probably only $10 and a lot is easily learned for that entertainment dollar.

Anyhow, it's an option to commercial ISP's and entirely possible under shtf circumstances and all that stuff.

I agree with regulation needed for building a reactor and such, but not with owning a gun or using ham radio. Now restrictions on how much power is used for them, I agree with.

Thanks for pointing out the codeless technician entry level license option, good point.

and that's how the democratic process eventually burdens everyone with restriction...

You might like to see this, and they might like to see some other thing regulated... so a compromise comes about. Everyone loses a little, then a little more...

Example? They will pay the permit fee, but insist that a few becquerels release hasn't hurt anyone, and won't, so they would like to have their number accepted in the permit...

I think the anarchy people got the coolest logo thing going! lol
