Hi! I'm finding it very interesting that it is the 3 year anniversary of FUKU and no mention of this in all the newspapers, msn or yahoo online... However, a study by American Cancer Society states by 2030 cancer rates in US will be up by 45%!!!!! Of course no mention of why the increase but this was on the 3 year anniversary....

I'm thinking we need to start organizing and protesting at this point!!!! Any takers?

Protest?

If your suggesting speaking out publicly about this by contacting state & federal officials alone with sharing with everyone you come in contact with to wake up the sheeple to what is happening... I'm already there. :D

...Something

I make it a point to tell at least one person (this is easy for me as I work with the public, and have the gift of gab), every day, and I write down N.E.T.C. on a piece of paper for them as a great place to start learning. We are all a piece of the puzzle, and I firmly believe that, there are more goodhearted people in the world than the other sort. :!: It counts.

Agreed.
It is amazingly devoid of public notice.
Perhaps the news item that Ukrainians my resort to lunching a nuke in their effort to defend against Russia is more pressing?
I posted a 3rd anniversary thread with a few links on a popular un-related forum I participate on.
Hopefully there will be responses.

you would cut back on cigs, beer or entertainment for one month to afford this one time cost.

I have been approaching environmental organizations to drum up financial support for NETC. However, they have their own coffers to feed. Therefore, they offer a knowing nod and a pat on the back and a wish of 'Good Luck." I think what is needed is someone who is familiar with Kick Starter or some other crowd-sourcing site to start a financial campaign for NETC. I also think that getting NETC listed on a variety of funding sites would also serve the need to get the word out about Fukushima, the nuclear industry and current "mishaps" on the continental USA, too. Of course, doing this would have to be coordinated with Harlan. I have been unable to speak with Harlan about this idea. SO my suggestion has NOT been approved at this point. However, I think it is getting down to the wire. Funding is crucial NOW. Please contact Harlan to offer your assistance to help seek funding. Please... offer your assistance if you know how to crowd source. Thank you :!:
