The Vallecitos nuclear research site, owned by GE and Hitachi. It is a decommissioned BWR plant that is very hard to find news about.

And here's a letter to the NRC from March that outlines an ongoing decommissioning cost for that plant of around 88 million bucks. I thought this was to be completed already..
