Post subject:  connectivity

Hi, newbie on fishing trip. My rad detector has suddenly stopped showing up on netc. the device is registered and a log file building so some data is traveling thru the cable.

I reisnatlled the usb cable drive and the netc app to no avail.

device also does not show up on the gmc site either.

any thoughts would be appreciated.

If it fails two different websites, then it is likely your computer or GMC device.

not sure that is necessary. presently I am using pirated windoze 7 because of challenges running netc4app with ubuntu or mint - for some reason the location data for my netc account was lost and as a result device did not show up on netc map but netc app kept building a log file on my pc. I noticed my location was lost on netc site, struggled with the quirky set location app @ netc and sorted it out eventually.

initially I thought it was hardware.
