Data outages

It looks like 2 separate outages happened. The EPA data has a 3 day gap, with this statement on their Radnet site:
Quote: We are currently experiencing a temporary, intermittent outage in posting RadNet air monitoring results. We are working to resolve the issue. There is also a 35 hour outage in the private station data from what appears to be all the 1: sites. Is it true that these are unrelated outages? It depends on how the private station outage happens.
For example, I have a Raspberry Pi running the custom NETC software. If my internet connection goes out, I show up on NETC as an outage but as long as I don't lose power to my Raspberry Pi it continues to log the data. When my internet connection returns, it will upload all the data to NETC. If my house loses power, I'm screwed.
