I notice you have a link to the NRC event page which is very useful. I also find the daily reactor status page helpful as a heads-up of what reactors might be of recent concern.

Here is my favorite site for Japan's current weather radar: http://www.jma.go.jp/en/radnowc/

When I look at the Japan map using NETC and I see stations on the rise, I compare those stations with where the radar shows rain because we know rain brings radiation. If I see stations on the rise but do not see any rain on the radar for that area, I consider that a serious concern.
