I have set up my system, I think. I go to site management like the directions say, and when I get there, it tells me that I don't have a site set up for my account.
What do I need to do?
Please help!

HI yall,

I think I have got the username and most other issues fixed. One thing though, when I messed with something where it had location, and I ended up in Texas, but I got my head together, and got that fixed, but I don't see my unit on the map any more. I promise to behave and not mess with that again, if you can get me back on the map...

Thanks yall are wonderful!

Bringing this old post up, I have been on here for some time with a station and asked this same question just recently. Awaiting a reply on it. What is this for and if I have been on the system for some time, how come I don't have access to it and I am a paying member and that's another question as well, when do we renew and how is it done? still waiting on answer to that one as well. What is this "Site Management" is it of any value? :?:

If you paid for the chart membership, netc.com has not turn anyone off and have given free access, until we bill you. Right now, enjoy the free chart membership if your one year expired. netc.com is working on the MRU (mobile radiation unit) that uses the Ham radio and APRS (automatic packet reporting system). It is more important to keep track of the radiation levels then billing you at this time. There is a donate button on the Netc.com webpage that will send your donations to help keep this system running. Thank you for all your support in the past.

Ok Harlen, sounds good and I will donate for sure. Not even sure if there is a way to see when we actually joined and paid is there? Still the question thou, what is this "Site Management" feature listed under our control area? ANd how is that "Mobile Radiation Units" project going? That I would be interested in. As long as the main units we use now stay online upload to the site as we do now. Thanks Harlen! :) Frank

Real simple, you must use the pi Id as the username. The email address is your password.

Oh, so this is only or mainly use for Pi units to be able to use this "Site Management" whatever it is. And has nothing to do with us regulars that use normal rad units to upload data to NETC.

Nothing important except for the PI packages that I sold.
