I think a similar statement could be made for most large companies. Especially tech companies.
It seems that once they have a customer's money, they really don't care about the customer's satisfaction.
I remember when Windows 8 came out, most people I'd talked to absolutely hated it. I doubt Microsoft even
bothered to test it with anyone other than their own developers before releasing it to the public.
Your best bet to fix anything is probably to Google it and do it yourself.

It may not be the easiest, but it seems to work better.
