The past 4 days have spikes in the afternoon at all 3 Washington private sites. Have there been local weather events?

Well, it seems to be over whatever it was. Four days of spikes maybe 80% above normal, at 6:00 pm, then 5:50, then 5:40, then 5:30 (at the Lacey WA site). Spaced exactly 23 hours and 50 minutes apart. It almost seems unnatural, except that it's also shown at the two other WA sites 3 and 4 hours earlier (but not so exactly spaced 23:50 apart). The sequence seems to be a daily counter-clockwise rotation of some sort, with the first day's spikes appearing at these times:

Then every day at about the same time for 4 days. This happened before at these 3 sites, Nov 25 to 28. I'm baffled, and wondering what could possibly cause this.
