This fool Craig in his video is talking bad about NETC when he is obviously clueless driving around with his DIY Mazur 9000 geiger counter. Just a little research on his part would have revealed to him that the TN radiation readings he cited in his video was actually an EPA RadNet gamma station (channel 5) and they use a scintillation counter, that is why the readings are so high.

Watch his video for a good laugh:

I watched his video and he needs to do research on different types of geiger counters , they will probably all give a different reading... I have a Mazur 9000 , which I was told was a good one...people believe what they want to believe.. Just read about the vast number of animal species dying in the Pacific ocean you don't need a Geiger counter for that to know that something is wrong . I think he needs A steady diet of bluefin tuna ..

I also own a Mazur 9000 geiger counter. It uses the same pancake geiger-mueller tube as my InspectorEXP, but I dislike the DIY part of the unit. For example, how difficult it is to do what should be a simple battery change. Some people might damage the internal circuit board while attempting to change the battery. Although, I do like the different menu options available on it.

I found it funny that Craig never even got out of his van to check the background readings. Obliviously Craig does not understand how beta and alpha radiation works, his van can be shielding some of the actual background readings. Of course he wouldn't have saw the large amount he was looking for anyway unless he had used a scintillation counter.
