I often hear from people (that have not studied our current situation) when it comes to radiation "there's nothing we can do about it". When it comes to the average person who knows virtually nothing about these problems this subject tends to invoke the images of tin foil hats worn by crazy people to avoid microwaves.

Nothing could be further from the truth!

Turns out there's a lot you can do.

These posts are strategies developed from our current knowledge.
This information IS NOT "a cure-all" but WILL help to reduce the risks to you and your family, friends and neighbors in real and meaningful ways.

These methods encompass a full range of actions you can start taking today to help eliminate or block the uptake of rads (and other toxic heavy metals) and the removal of some of these materials from our bodies.

We must evolve and change our ways or become the next victims of this toxic heavy metal disaster we call the modern world.

This information is provided to help you make informed decisions about the current radiation (and other toxic materials) in our environment. This information is NOT intended to diagnose or treat ANY disease. As always research for yourself and consult a doctor if unsure (and before starting any supplement or medication).

The opinions discussed here are from many different origins and are intended for informational (nonprofit) purposes only.

These posts will be updated regularly so check back often...

Airborne particles WILL (without doubt) cause a increase in lung (and other) cancers / diseases in the US (and abroad) over the next few years...

So step one is to change the ways we deal with dust in our everyday lives.

What once was a relatively small risk (never been zero risk) could now be a very big problem.

1) All AC air Filters should be carefully placed into a empty trash bag and sealed before moving (even 1 step) from the area...

...Can you imagine the thousands upon thousands of tiny particles coming off these ac filters as you walk through the house with them?

Here's a real world ac filter test:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p9pk42kdL4k

2) Vacuum bags should ALWAYS be changed outside of the living area and cover the hole in the bag where the dust enters with a damp paper towel before placing it in a plastic trash bag. Use ONLY HEPA approved vacuum bags. Bag-less vacuums should ONLY be emptied outside of the home into the bottom of a empty trash bag.

Don't recontaminate the places you are trying to clean and DON'T take ANY chances of breathing this stuff.

Note that vacuums concentrate these (and other) poisons to a small area in a VERY dry, unnaturally easy to spread state.

3) A P100 mask should be worn when cutting grass and blowing outdoor debris.

Cutting the grass and blowing outdoor debris is now more dangerous than ever before in human history.

What else can we do quickly (and inexpensively) to eliminate risks from our environment?

In one word, water. Water is the great mover of all things (grand canyon?).

You would be shocked to know what's suspended in all water everywhere!

Here's a quick Q and A statement from a water supplier...

"Is there lead in my water?
If present, elevated levels of lead can cause serious health
problems, especially for pregnant women and young
children. Lead in drinking water is primarily from materials
and components associated with service lines and home
plumbing."

http://www.amwater.com/ccr/kanawhavalley.pdf

This should be a "wake up call" to anyone that understands the moving power of water!

Chemicals, metals and even asbestos from runoff are in all water, treated or not!

You simply can't know or control what is trapped in your water after the long trip to your house.

So job 2 is to filter your water supply.

Water can (WILL at some point) contain Strontium, Cesium, Arsenic, Lead, Copper and so many other toxic metals (and materials) I simply can't list them all here...

Using distilled water is the only way to guarantee that you are consuming water (H2O) and nothing else. But this is a hard and expensive way to live.

The answer?

Purchase a under sink RO filter system and use ONLY this filtered water for cooking and drinking. Average cost is around 200 dollars US. They last for years and maintenance is minimal.

A VERY inexpensive health insurance policy!

Food is the most important thing (that needs to be watched) today!

There are so many food choices out there that this subject dwarfs the other problems we face with pollution. You know where your faucet is and has been so it's relatively easy to eliminate any problems with the water supply and your air filter and vacuum have been in your home the entire time you used them.

But....

...where did that steak or egg or turnip come from?

We do know that radioactive metals emulate natural minerals so food is a area that you can use to "trim some serious fat" on heavy metal intake from many sources.

Watch this one...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j6mreZ98_Ug

...I know I've used this one a few times but it shows the real testing of food types.

Did you know?

Seafood (fish) allergies are actually (in most cases) not from the seafood itself but is most often associated with Mercury runoff from factories, power production (coal) and transportation pollution? Mercury is a toxic heavy metal and a cousin of the radioactive poisons that are pouring into our environment daily.

Here's a good one from MedicineNet on mercury:
http://www.medicinenet.com/mercury_poisoning/page2.htm

Notice that the "runoff" into lakes and streams is a important factor in distribution? Same situation with radioactive metals (and many other poisons) as well...

"IF YOU EAT AND BREATHE . . .

Plutonium-239 .. 16 thousandths of a gram is lethal.

Strontium-90 .. 70 millionths of a gram is lethal.

Yet Canada Government's HEALTH CANADA seems to say it's OK to drink man-made radioactive material (e.g. up to 10,000 Bq per cubic metre of C-137). http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/ewh-semt/pubs/wa ... ex-eng.php

Ridiculous isn't it? This stems from a lack of any meaningful way to avoid it (in most people's opinion) but really roots from the economy...

...What if I told you not to eat mushrooms?

...That will bankrupt the mushroom industry.

And what about cows milk? (nasty stuff anyway) don't drink it? That will bankrupt the dairy industry.

It's all based on the economy, this is why you don't get any real answers on this stuff.

I believe that a strong economy keeps us safer but, you can't let people die or become incapacitated (years later) for a lack of action. Without real (and healthy) people that are actually willing to tell the truth and run things correctly, it's all going to collapse anyway!

Bumping the rad limits only leaves us with more sick people (physically and mentally) that can't produce anyway...

The new health care laws in America should be a wake up call to this very fact.

I hope (and pray everyday) that we can all step up to the plate (so to speak) about the TRUE dangers facing our children and our countries as a whole.

Willing to help anyway I can...

Contact me anytime.

by the way...

... looking at your link, in section 3.2....

"Alpha emissions are generally associated with naturally occurring radionuclides, whereas beta emissions are generally associated with artificial radionuclides."

Really? Ever heard of Plutonium? Americium? Strontium? really? phew... scary stuff.

Do these guys need new interns or what...

Check out this filtrete indoor air filter registering over 8000 with a inspector GC in Kentucky...

https://youtu.be/ikk5KJAQbxU

...a unsuspecting person can be sickened in the short term and killed in the longer term handling these things!!!

Simply crazy to play around with.

We could experience another major release at any time.

The only real answer is to take proper precautions with ALL air filters and vacuums, EVERY time you handle one.

Here's a great video for Canada radiation water limit increases...

https://youtu.be/nhfe0RT_dfc

...scary stuff.

RO Filter your drinking water or drink and cook with distilled water only!!!

Shower filters are also a good idea...

and by the way...

... you can't filter Tritium, but you CAN filter the rest of this stuff!

Be careful changing the filters too as they will trap and concentrate these poisons...

Here's another good (great) one from Canada on the whole situation...

https://youtu.be/-jZT8CWmWng

...and don't forget that these substances are a product of metals, not the sun or a banana.
